About: Olufunke Adekemi Fayehun Olufunke Adekemi Fayehun is a Professor of Demography and Population Studies in the Department of Sociology. She holds a B.Sc in Statistics, and an M.Sc and PhD in Sociology (Demography Option) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Her research primarily addresses three areas: child health and survival, women’s health, and population aging. Additionally, she contributes to the development of early career researchers in population and public health in Africa through the Consortium for Advanced Research Training in Africa (CARTA), where she serves as the University of Ibadan CARTA co-focal person. | |
