Usman Adekunle Ojedokun

Usman A. Ojedokun is a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He obtained his PhD and M.Sc. Degrees in Sociology from the same Department in 2015 and 2010 respectively. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He specializes in the area of Sociology of Crime and Deviance. Usman Ojedokun won the best graduating undergraduate student prize, Department of Archaeology and Anthropology (B.A.), University of Ibadan in 2007. He was also awarded the Oyo State Government Scholarship Prize for outstanding postgraduate students for the 2008/2009 and 2011/2012 sessions. He is an alumnus of the Brown International Advance Research Institute (BIARI), Brown University, USA.
