Adefolake Ademuson is a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, University of Ibadan. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree, Masters in Industrial and Personnel Relations (MIPR), MSc and PhD Degrees in Sociology (Industrial Sociology Option) at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She has particular interest in women studies and workplace relations.  Adefolake received the Association of African Universities grant for thesis writing in 2015. She is a member of International Sociological Association (ISA), member, Nigerian institute of management and member, Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Association (NASA).
